FINDING HAPPINESS IN LITTLE THINGS



 It's so unique how we as human beings can portray our emotions in different forms and little things can make us feel so grateful and peaceful.  

 

1. DRAWING AND COLOURING 

     So, this was when I was feeling very anxious about completing all my tasks and checking the monthly goals only to find that out of five major goals to achieve I have only completed one and it was devastating. It was taking over my performances and the anxiety was giving me a headache so to deal with all of this bottled-up emotion I decided to take a time off and sit and draw (which I can't even remember when I did the last time) and ended up making this Madhubani painting.



Yeah!! It was just a simple drawing but the emotion I felt when I completed was something I can't express in mere words. First, after all the workload putting a tick mark on one of the to-do list items felt so good. Second, it gaves my mind peace ✌ for that one hour and forty minutes I forgot about all my worries and anxiety. So, that's how you can paint that dark wall of your heart into a colorful one.


2. Gardening 

      It was the most serene feeling, planting and watering the little seedling 🌱 and seeing it growing and blooming. 


The feeling of loneliness 😞  had left me for good, it was weird now that I think of it, how the plant became my companion when the surrounding became unknown. There is this saying that if you speak to a plant about all the good things it grows much faster, so I tried this, and even in the most difficult time, I felt grateful for so many things that I never imagined. 

Gardening can make one's mind the most beautiful, enchanting, filled with good vibes place from where good ideas come like fascinating flowers.


3. Cooking

     The most patient work is the process in whole, it was so much fun collecting all those ingredients like collecting all your worries, preparing those ingredients like dissecting each of your problems, and then cooking it carefully, as when we delete all these little here and their worries, life becomes like a delicious dish. 


So, all in all, if we have life, problems and worries are a part of it but how we respond to it and find our inner peace is totally up to us.
